Situated on a small island near Suavanao Airport, Hideaway Holidays guest can venture on to Putuofa Eco-lodge. Putuofa Eco-lodge is for adventure seekers, surfers and those who want to reconnect with nature.

For an authentic connection with nature, Putuofa Eco-lodge is the right place. But if you require room service like a 5-star resort, then Putuofa Eco-lodge isn’t your cup of tea.

Conveniently located just an 8-minute boat ride from Suavanao Airport, Putuofa Eco-lodge offers pickup and drop-offs. Putuofa Eco-lodge’s experienced skipper will guide Hideaway Holidays guest to the island lodge. At the lodge, guests can enjoy snorkelling, fresh seafood delights, and soak in the sun on the beach.

Getting to Putuofa Eco-lodge

Hideaway Holidays will book our guests a domestic flight via Solomon Airlines to Suavanao Airport, from the capital city of the Solomon Islands, Honiara. After arriving, Putuofa Eco-lodge's friendly staff will be there to greet our guests at the airport.

Accommodation at Putuofa Eco-lodge

Putuofa Eco-lodge is located in Isabel Province, on Putuofaa Island in Solomon Islands. The estimated terrain elevation of Putuofaa Island above sea level is about 2 metres. Putuofaa Island is surrounded by vibrant coral reef teeming with marine life, suitable for snorkelling or paddleboarding.

Putuofa Eco-lodge can accommodate up to four (4) guests. The bungalows with its own balcony, is equipped with solar power for charging, fans, and cozy queen-sized beds. Chill on the deck and witness mesmerizing sunrise or sunsets or indulge in evening fishing escapades. Venture to nearby islands for picturesque picnics and relaxation. We offer a quaint traditional cookhouse and a communal bathroom. Please note that the bed styling may vary from the photos.

If you fancy traditional cuisine, one of our elders can prepare authentic dishes for an additional fee per day. This includes the catch of the day (crayfish, fish, mud crab, oysters) accompanied by homegrown veggies and fresh coconuts and fruits. Let us know about any dietary restrictions, as our menu predominantly features seafood.
